It features a textured, slip-resistant surface with a urethane topcoat. To achieve a decorative appearance, single-color or multi-color quartz blends can broadcast onto the wet screed.

Industrial epoxy flooring | Indoor or outdoor areas | Cold storage warehouses | Permanent grinding and polishing for all heavy and medium-duty flooring service areas
The expert combination of mechanical surface treatment and lithium silicate-based chemical concrete hardening transforms dusty and unattractive concrete into wear-resistant, contamination-protected, and visually appealing industrial floors of superior technical quality. Concrete floor grinding and polishing turns rough and damaged surfaces into durable, professional-looking, and high-performance floors. The process is straightforward, yet it requires the correct approach at every stage, from the initial assessment down to the final sealing.
First, conduct a comprehensive site inspection, checking for cracks wider than 3 mm, or areas where the concrete is crumbling or actively breaking. These defects will not disappear during grinding; in fact, they become more pronounced after sealing the floor. Before starting, cracks and holes are filled with concrete sealant, and once dry, the excess filler is leveled using 80-grit diamond abrasives. This prevents the grinding machine from catching on edges and creating gouges. Existing coatings like paint or epoxy are checked; if present, coarse 16–30 grit resin-bond diamond abrasives are used to remove them and expose the fresh concrete underneath.
Concrete dust contains respirable crystalline silica, and prolonged exposure causes silicosis, lung cancer, and permanent lung damage. Occupational health and safety regulations require minimizing exposure to silica dust, making dust control a legal obligation rather than an option. The Managing Respirable Crystalline Silica in Construction and Manufacturing of Construction Elements Code of Practice 2022 requires an integrated water delivery system or a dust collection system rated as Class M or Class H in accordance with AS/NZS 60335.2.69.
Wet methods reduce airborne silica dust at the source and deliver the best possible outcome. Our dust collection system maintains the airflow specified by the manufacturer of our grinding machines while retaining its Class M or Class H rating. Our industrial vacuum cleaners feature filtration that captures particles down to 0.3 microns; this level of protection is non-negotiable. Before beginning work, attach your hoses, dust skirts, and dust extractors.
Inadequate dust control creates health hazards, contaminates epoxies and coatings, causes adhesion issues, and leaves an uneven surface requiring expensive rework.

Epoxy flooring Turkey | Indoor or outdoor areas | Concrete construction for areas requiring heavy-duty flooring service
Our manufacturing involves the use of macro and micro fibers applied in quantities suited for the total fixed and live load calculations and safety factors, combined with surface hardeners containing quartz, corundum, or other aggregates for production halls, storage, and shipping areas. Participating in earthmoving, leveling, and drainage stages, we eliminate concrete vulnerabilities thanks to our application experience with strength-enhancing admixtures, reinforcements, and chemicals spanning over $1 million\text{ m}^2$ since 1985.
Ensuring the area is properly prepared for concrete delivery is crucial. The total floor area must be accurately measured so you know how much concrete to order, but do not worry if there is a slight variance—that is the beauty of volumetric concrete ordering.
Adhering strictly to all floor testing, elevation scanning, formwork, and the project schedule and work program we have prepared, we maintain high discipline throughout pouring, spreading, compacting, and mechanical troweling operations running parallel to the concrete schedule in enclosed buildings with completed roofs and facades.
In large areas, thanks to our sufficient and qualified teams utilizing laser screed machines, ride-on twin trowels, and electric pressure-spraying curing pumps, we achieve superior results that eliminate the need for subsequent concrete polishing.
For open and sloped areas, instead of non-durable brushed concrete, we prepare more permanent, anti-slip surface installations using our other specialized attachments and permanent curing products.
PROEPOKSI also offers endless solutions for decorative floors!
